FOUNDATIONS

  • We all love God.
  • We all love this church.
  • We all love each other.

PRIVACY

  • The content of every meeting is private.
  • Your spouse is your greatest prayer and accountability partner. We would never presume to tell you what to discuss or not to discuss with your spouse. However, if the private content of any meeting is shared outside the team you will be held accountable as though you were the one who shared it.

LOYALTY

  • I believe our foundations. I will not talk about you until I first talk to you and when I talk about you, it will only be for you.

SCHEDULE
  • Each team will meet according to a schedule set by the Chairman no less that once a quarter. Check the CURRENT MINISTRY TEAM MEETING SCHEDULE to see when your team meets next.

COMMUNICATION

  • Meetings are called and managed by the Team Chairman or his designated representative.
  • Communication between team members about team issues should take place primarily during team meetings or through group communication that includes the entire team.
  • Electronic tools, such as email, text, and Facebook are acceptable means of communication.

DECISIONS
  • Conversation and consensus drive our decisions.
  • Vote - for matters where a clear consensus cannot be established, a vote will be called by the Chairman. Unless predetermined by the team, a simple majority carries the matter.
  • Once a decision is made, whether by consensus or vote, the team will present a unified decision.

DOCUMENTATION
  • Each team will take minutes during meetings.
  • Record attendance, agenda, conversation, decisions, action plans and next meeting dates.
  • Return a copy of those minutes to the Executive Pastor within 1 week of the meeting.
