Work Week

For all employees, one workweek shall be defined as 5 out of 7 consecutive days beginning on Sunday. Employee work schedules will be personalized based on role and responsibility. Any changes from regularly scheduled work hours must be approved by the employee’s immediate supervisor. FBCO reserves the right to adjust or alter work schedules of any employee at any time.

 

Absenteeism & Tardiness

Excessive or unexcused absence or tardiness will affect an employee’s performance evaluation and result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. Continued unexplained unexcused absenteeism for 3 consecutive days may be considered voluntary resignation and the Pastoral Leadership and/or Personnel Team may fill the vacant position pending a review.
